One of our clients gave us a talent search assignment with screening criteria of finding students who have scored good marks across all subjects and not just 1 or 2 of their favorite ones. When asked why do they need to have good marks even in the subjects that they won't need during their job here, she asked why should I hire someone who doesn't work hard when he or she finds it boring.
