When we have nothing worthwhile to do, our mind starts wandering around. Many times we end up recollecting something that we did not like in our past or we start imagining a future that we are anxious or worried about. In either case, we end up losing our peace of mind and happiness. To stay in the flow state or the state of complete engagement with the present we need to be occupied in doing something that holds our attention in such a way that we even lose the track of time.
